As an executive assistant who has more than twenty years of experience including technology, construction, marine, aviation, government and real estate, Janet is adaptable and quick to learn. With previous experience in business management, she is a strategic thinker who is proactive in her execution of duties on her client’s behalf.

Within the company, Janet oversees overall operations, client acquisition, strategic planning, administrative and client support, transaction coordination, marketing, finance and customer service functions.

Responsible for morale and office security, Will is also responsible for ensuring staff maintain work-life balance, and partake in daily fitness walks. He is an advocate for mental health initiatives. During out of office appointments, he is co-pilot, while sitting in his car seat. Available for on-site visits to client locations for employee therapy.
